Learning Management Systems

3GEM has worked with learning management systems since their advent circa 2000. 3GEM’s principal, Tami Bonnett-Admi, has led the design and development of an LMS from scratch. She has extensive experience with all leading open source and proprietary LMS platforms in the learning space, while always staying on top of newcomers and up-and-comers in the market. She has led countless successful request for proposal (RFP) processes for clients, not only ensuring they find an LMS that meets their learning goals, but also one that will work for their internal staffing capabilities and know-how, technology integration requirements, and budget. She is particularly adept at the consensus building and change management inevitably involved in any new technology acquisition.


Digital Event/Conference Platforms

Just three years ago, 3GEM is not abashed to admit that this was a foreign space to us (and to our clients). But with the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic, many organizations have shifted their annual meeting/conference/meeting strategy to embrace virtual and blended modalities. 3GEM has helped organizations successfully select the technology needed to plan events as complex as comprising 18,000 participants, 1500+ e-posters, 2500+ sessions, virtual exhibit halls, and virtual networking receptions, and as small as 200 participants with much fewer requirements.
